Add it into your favorite vanilla ice-cream recipe, or on top of a plain cheesecake drizzled with chocolate syrup. What about cookie dough truffles? While the cookie dough balls are firm, dip them in melted chocolate, YUM. Or, if you are just simply crazy about cookie dough...eat it by the spoon.
Cookie Dough
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla together. Beat in water. Beat in dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into logs. Refrigerate logs to firm up,
Once firm, cut in chunks.
Shape.
Now the best part....figure out what you are going to do with them!
I made "No-Bake Cookie Dough Cheesecake" with my cookie dough.
My finished results (and sister's). It was fantastic.
